Terms of Service

Version 2026-09-12.v1. API to Agents is a brand of Neoval GmbH. These terms describe the free audit, paid technical review, and scoped integration service.

The free automated audit

The audit is a preliminary assessment of the information you provide. It is not a security certification, a guarantee of compatibility, or a final implementation commitment. You must be authorized to submit documentation. Do not submit credentials, confidential customer records, or information you are not permitted to share.

Setup scope and payment

Your quote identifies the tools, authentication, testing method, assumptions, exclusions, setup amount, and selected future hosting plan. Quotes expire after 14 days. Eligible projects pay the full setup fee through Stripe Checkout before human technical work begins. Enterprise and other projects requiring manual scoping cannot use automatic Checkout.

Technical review and roadmap

After payment is verified, your project enters technical review. A detailed integration roadmap and any additional requirements will be published in your dashboard within 72 hours. This deadline concerns the roadmap, not completion of implementation. Delivery estimates remain indicative until technical validation and receipt of the necessary requirements.

Material scope changes and refunds

The fixed quote covers the declared API, authentication method, testing plan, and listed MCP tools. If post-payment technical validation identifies a material undocumented difference, API to Agents will offer an adjusted scope or a full refund before implementation begins. Contact us with your project reference to request a modification or discuss a refund.

Managed hosting

The selected recurring plan is recorded with your quote. No hosting subscription is activated during this phase. Hosting billing begins only when the integration goes live under the applicable service agreement. Private-cloud and self-hosted deployments require separate Enterprise terms.

Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate documentation, confirm your desired workflows, and identify sensitive or regulated data and actions. After payment, provide an agreed safe testing method. One implementation revision round is included in the quoted base scope. Do not use the service for unlawful activity or submit malicious content.
